Why Plating Makes All The Difference

I definitely think that food seems to taste better if it’s visually appealing, and served on stunning tableware. After all, we eat with our eyes. So, with the help of one of Australia’s most talented chefs, Joseph Vargetto from Mister Bianco, we put this theory to the test. Joe plated up one of his signature dishes  – Tuna carpaccio “la zingara” – on a stock-standard basic white plate that most of us have in our homes, and then again on one of GTH plates. Wow. Stunning food, made even more beautiful.
