Tasty Asparagus Side Dish

Asparagus on its own can be a fantastic side dish. Chef Adam Mead from Locale at De Bortoli shows us how.

  • Steam a bunch asparagus until bright green.
  • Toss it through 2-3 anchovies, a teaspoon of baby capers, a squeeze of fresh lemon, a teaspoon of butter (or olive oil), and add in a tablespoon of fresh torn parsley.
  • YUM!
