- 1 x can Ardmona chopped tomatoes
- ½ finely diced red onion
- 1 x yellow capsicum – finely diced
- 1 x red birdseye chili – finely diced
- (with or without seeds, depending on your spice tolerance)
- ½ bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Dice the red onion, yellow capsicum, birdseye chili and coriander quite finely, and combine in a bowl – with a can of Ardmona chopped tomatoes.
- Add a pinch of salt & pepper to taste, and serve with fresh bread, corn chips or crckers of your choice.
