Easy Ardmona Tomato Salsa


Serves 10

  • 1 x can Ardmona chopped tomatoes
  • ½ finely diced red onion
  • 1 x yellow capsicum – finely diced
  • 1 x red birdseye chili – finely diced
  • (with or without seeds, depending on your spice tolerance)
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Dice the red onion, yellow capsicum, birdseye chili and coriander quite finely, and combine in a bowl – with a can of Ardmona chopped tomatoes.
  • Add a pinch of salt & pepper to taste, and serve with fresh bread, corn chips or crckers of your choice.
